Forex Auto-Detector MT4 Alert v1.00

The Forex Auto-Detector MT4 Alert is a specialized piece of software that has been designed to assist traders who use the MetaTrader4 trading platform.

Its purpose is to alert you whenever either of the following common issues arise:

When either of these situations occur, the Auto-Detector software will sound an alarm, pop up a warning box and, optionally, send you either an email or an SMS.

TickDelay
This is the maximum period of time between price ticks before triggering an alert
SoundFile
This is the name of the sound file to use for audible alerts
AlertRate
This is the rate (in seconds) at which audible alerts repeat
SendEmail
If set to to True and your email/SMS account settings have been configured in MetaTrader4 (go to Tools-Options-Email), the Auto-Detector will send an alert message
LeftSpace
This is the distance from the left edge of the chart to display the normal Forex Auto-Detector status information

When operating normally (Expert Advisors must be enabled), you will see a status display similar to this:

The status display shows:

- Local time (your computer clock)
- Server time (your broker's time)
- Since last tick (how long since the last price tick was received)

In the event of a server disconnection or excessive tick delay, a warning dialog similar to this will be displayed on your screen:

In addition, the audible warning will repeat and, if enabled, a warning message will be emailed / SMSed to you.

Once the issue has been resolved, you will see the following updated notification:

Its purpose is to alert you whenever either of the following common issues arise: your instance of MetaTrader4 loses its connection with your broker's server your instance of MetaTrader4 has not received a price tick for a specified period of time When either of these situations occur, the Auto-Detector software will sound an alarm, pop up a warning box and, optionally, send you either an email or an SMS. Installation via the installer is very straightforward... Download the Auto-Detector installer to your Windows Desktop Locate the Auto-Detector setup icon on your desktop and double-click it using your left mouse button Accept the license agreement... The installer will examine your system and should locate all copies of MetaTrader installed on your computer, as shown... Add and/or remove MetaTrader installations from the list as required by using the Add and Delete buttons Click "Install" and the Auto-Detector software will be added to each listed installation of MetaTrader4...
